4. Data Processing

The voluntary consent of the person concerned based on Paragraph a) of Subsection (1) of Section 5 of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information (hereinafter: “Info tv.”).

5. Processed Data

When making an order of taxi transportation service via mobile app or online the data required are the customer’s name, telephone number and e-mail address.
When making the order of taxi transportation service via telephone, the customer shall provide mandatorily or voluntarily the following data: name, company name, telephone number, addresses and calendar data.
The profile data given voluntarily by the customer.
The recorded order of the taxi transportation service made via telephone.

6. Purpose of Data Processing

The purpose of processing data provided by the customer during registration is to identify, to process, and to control the eligibilities of the customer.
The purpose of processing data provided by the customer is to provide precise taxi transportation service in the right place at the right time. The data controller stores these data in a secured storage.
The purpose of profile data processing is to ensure the comfort of the customer. Volán Taxi Ltd. may use the data relating to taxi transportation service for statistical purposes, which serves to improve the quality of data controller’s service. The data controller shall not disclose personal data to third persons or parties. Mandatory data transmission regulated by law is not included.
Full compliance with legal obligations.

7. Duration of Data Processing

Pannon Volán Taxi Ltd. under Subsection (3) of Section 16 of Government Regulation 176/2015 (VII. 07) concerning passanger transport for a calculated fee, stores the travel data provided mandatorily or voluntarily by the customer for a period of 3 months.

During deletion of data required for registration or taxi transportation order provided by the customer, the data controller shall delete all data related to the use of the webpage within a maximum of 5 working days.

8. Possibility of modification of Privacy Policy

The data controller is entitled to unilaterally modifiy present privacy policy. The customer accepts the latest modified privacy policy in force with the order of the taxi transportation service.

9. Rights of the Data Controller

Pannnon Volán Taxi Ltd. may use the data provided by customers for marketing purposes of the taxi transportation service and may inform the customers about its new special offers and developments by using the data registered when the order of the taxi transportation service was made.

The data controller shall not use the personal information for other or for its own business purposes and shall not disclose personal information to third parties.

Pannon Volán Taxi Ltd. under Article 176/2015 of Government Regulation is obliged to record and to store the order of taxi transportation services made via telephone. Pannon Volán Taxi Ltd. under the regulations of Subsection (3) of Section 20 of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information shall make the present Privacy Policy available to the public.

10. Customers’ Rights

Customers may request information concerning the processing of their personal information and may exercise their right of enforcement before court under the Data Protection Act and the Civil Code.
